Autism Argyll Library

Autism Argyll’s Library is housed within Live Argyll’s library system. It has a collection of books, journals, reports and DVDs on Autism Spectrum Disorders and is distributed throughout Argyll and Bute library branches.

The collection has over 200 items which look at a variety of issues related to Autism Spectrum Disorders. There are books and DVDs which provide information on educational approaches, help for families and autobiographies from people on the autism spectrum as well as academic journals and government reports relating to autism. A selection of titles can be found here

Material in this collection will be of interest to anyone on the autism spectrum, their families and friends. Professionals working with those on the autism spectrum will find the collections useful.

Wherever the collection is presently located, library users may still request titles from it via their own library or the website. Either go into your local library and ask for the Autism Argyll folder or log onto Argyll and Bute website where you can become an online member and reserve a title.
